Verification (KYC)

We require every player to complete identity verification within 30 days of registration. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is 20 EUR for every method, and maximum transaction limits vary by payment type. Withdrawals require a minimum of 100 EUR and are capped at 1,000 EUR per transaction, 5,000 EUR per day and 25,000 EUR per calendar month. Wins exceeding 30,000 EUR are paid in monthly instalments in line with our responsible payout policy.

Here at LuckLeopard, we require that every deposit is wagered three times, or that 100% of it is placed on sports at odds of 1.50 or higher, before you may request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are only paid to the account holder and only through the same method used for the deposit. We may apply a 10% processing fee on withdrawal of deposits that have not been played through in accordance with our wagering policy.

Pending Times and Dormant Accounts

Our LuckLeopard team processes cashouts for cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies within 1-3 business days, depending on the method, your verification status and whether it is your first withdrawal. If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, we may classify it as dormant, and any remaining balance may be removed; however, we allow reactivation within 6 months of closure.
